At Pavoly, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the process of returning or exchanging products as smooth as possible. Please review the following policy carefully, as it explains your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds and returns.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must have been purchased directly from Pavoly.

The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

Certain products, such as personalized, custom, or perishable items, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pavoly.com with the following information:

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The following applies:

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

If a product is received in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly replace it with the same product (subject to availability). Exchanges are handled as follows:

Return the original product following our instructions.

Once received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@pavoly.com. Include photos of the product and the packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be fully covered by Pavoly.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely. Pavoly is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable items such as food or flowers

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
8. Legal Rights
